SB210 – Requires notarization for absentee ballot

Mr. Talley voted against proving your identity when submitting an absentee ballot, subjecting the state to voter fraud. This was six months before the November, 2020 election.

HB1712 – Pay-by-the-mile tax proposal and pilot program.

          Mr. Talley voted for a road usage tax program, which collects your data through Bluetooth readers and automated license plate scanners in order to track your movements for tax purposes.

HB3279 – Distributed Ledger Technology. This bill implements a cashless purchasing system with mandatory biometric information that can be shut off remotely. It is intended for marijuana purchases, however every agency in the state will have access to this technology once implemented.

HB2790 – This bill requires preference be given to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender non-binary, or gender nonconforming when selecting board/commission members overseeing Child Welfare Services.

Mr. Talley voted to give preference to the LGBTQ community to be placed on Child Welfare boards.

HB3014 – Parent’s bill of rights. Prohibits vaccinating a minor without written consent of the parent except in emergency.

Mr. Talley voted against ensuring parental consent prior to a child’s vaccination.

HJR1040 – Prevents the health department from requiring parents to take parenting classes if they exempt their children from a vaccine.

Mr. Talley voted to take the choice away from parents on what vaccines they give their children, and forces them to take parenting classes even if they just want to delay a vaccine.

SB1080 – This bill provides tax credits to donors who voluntarily donate funds to support education. The grants can be used by private schools to support low-income families and by public schools for innovation or classroom support.

          Mr. Talley voted against increasing school choice through private donors.

SB361 – Protects free speech on university campuses, prohibits confining free speech to “free speech zones”

Mr. Talley voted against free speech. Without this law, universities can contain free speech to zones instead of allowing free speech campus-wide.

HB4454 and HB4455 – These bills set aside 698 million taxpayer dollars for an “unnamed” multinational corporation. 

Subsequent reporting has revealed that it is a Japanese company, and it participates in the Great Reset’s Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) scheme. In 2018 it paid a $280,000,000 fine for violating the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act after their subsidiary paid a government official for consulting services, at the same time that official negotiated with the company for a government contract.
